Join mothers from every walk of life who have broken out of their self-imposed isolation to band together.
On average, we have battled a decade to remain connected to our substance dependent children.
We are united in our passion and provide one another with uncensored conversation and unlimited support.
This is a weekend of fun, learning and relaxation.
Choose your joy; horseback riding, wine tasting, jewelry making, reiki healing, line dancing, smores, spa services and workshops led by guest speakers.
Learn more from Madisyn Taylor (Best Selling Author and Co-Founder Daily OM), Annie Highwater (Author: Unhooked, Educator CRAFT Method), Dee-Dee Stout (Harm Reduction Therapist, Advocate and Author) Joanne Richards (Certified BALM Family Recovery Coach), and Beth Orrick (Emotional Intelligence Life Coach).

I feel the strength of my warrior moms all the time. The resources, the knowledge & the love helps me all the time but especially in time of need.-Julie
I left the retreat with a cup, no, really more like a bucket, filled with gratitude from this experience: The beautiful Mommas I only knew from tiny profile picks became my tribe. The beauty of Alisal, the pace of life, the fun we had, the deep sharing with women who walked in my moccasins. I came as an ‘addict’s mother’, left a ‘Warrior Woman’ - a spiritual transformation in identity and strength. I count the days until we gather again ~ break away from a world not easily carried in our day to day lives ~ to share, support, laugh, dance, grow, and learn from each other once again.-Cheryl
It was also outside my comfort zone for me to do a trip like that but boy by the last day, I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was in a bubble all weekend being protected from the outside world which was engulfed by addiction and suffering. For a short three-day weekend I felt like life was not so horrible. - Marlene
A meeting of wounded souls drawing strength from one another. I am able to face the world differently now that I have my tribe holding me up. Don’t get me wrong, the stormy days still take their toll, but it is different now. There is so much put into making these retreats PERFECT and MEMORABLE. -Tamar
I am a natural introvert and was nervous about joining a group of strangers, but- I felt an immediate and unspoken kinship. We were bonded as warrior women—mamas who speak the same language, who refuse to feel any shame for our circumstances, who have no need to explain how our kids “used to be” or offer any apologies for the horrors we know. When we look into one another’s eyes, we understand the sleepless nights, the gut-churning decisions, and the fear of losing our children to a disease that shows no mercy. -Allyson
